But everything changed when she met her roommate Isabella, a quiet, smart and funny girl. When Anne finally starts to like Isabella, somebody finds Isabella’s body in the woods.

Anne is aware that something is wrong, someone has murdered her roommate and nobody seems to care Isabella’s murderer is free, among them. With Anthony, Isabella’s hot-badass twin brother, and Brent’s help, a classmate, Anne is determinate to find out the truth.

When Anne start to digging, she finds out that Isabella wasn’t all sweet and innocent, she had some secrets that someone was capable of killing for it. Now that Anne is willing to let all that secrets out, this someone will do anything it takes to shut Anne down.

Prep School Confidential, Kara’s debut novel, is an extraordinary book with such an incredible plot that will keep you on the edge of your seat. The mystery in Prep School Confidential will make you want to read more. The little love story is an extra, that will captivate your heart and will make you fall in love even more with the Taylor’s book. Taylor’s writing is polished, and easy to keep track of what’s happening, you would fall in love with how good she writes.

We enjoyed reading Prep School Confidential, the moment we put our hands on the book (well, the eBook). We didn’t even blinked and we were reading it.
Just look at its cover, is beautiful! We love the use of colors, they are so simple, but all together they make a good combination. And we think that it perfectly shows what’s the book about. It captures the image we have in mind of Anne.

We loved Anne; she is so funny and brave. We loved how she tried to put Isabella’s murder in jail. Even though Anne and Isabella weren’t best friends. Not even friends at all. Anne risked her life to make the bastard/s pay for Isabella’s murder. We love courage and loyalty in our heroines (or main female characters for what it matters), that is why it was so easy to like Anne.

We loved the plot, the need to know who was the one who murdered poor little Isabella was the one thing that kept us awake all night. We were so sad when they found out Isabella’s body... It was just so sad. We couldn't imagine the pain his twin brother was in. We felt really sorry for him.
We were so angry when the school was keeping something from Isabella’s family and, even worst, from the police. We couldn’t understand how somebody in their right mind would let the responsible for a girl’s murder run free.

We have said we loved Anne right? Yes, we loved her, but we envy her as well because she has two super hot guys willing to be with her and to help her with all the craziness she has to do in order to find out who the real murderer is. When do you get the chance to choose between two handsome guys, which have a hard crush on you? We have to say that Anne had a difficult decision to make. Brent and Anthony are just amazing, each one of them in their own way. Brent is a gentleman, with a sassy side. Anthony is the bad boy, with a big heart. When Anne made her choice, we were so mad, not because we didn’t like her decision, we were mad at ourselves because we felt really happy for the chosen one and really sad for the other (not saying names here *wink*). We loved both of them. Anthony and Brent have a very special place in our hearts. We would love to let one of them cry in our shoulders *preparing our lips, SHOULDERS! We meant our shoulders!*

Although we liked a lot about Prep School Confidential, we couldn’t deal with teachers and students keeping their mouth shut because they were so worried about what the press would say about them. It was just so irritating. We think that the injustice was so much we couldn’t enjoyed it as much as it deserved. Despite almost having a heart attack when we find out who the bastard/s was/were, we kind of see it coming. We were suspicious about it.

To put an end to our review, and our way to spit all our thought out, we would give you an advice; do you want some mystery/love book? Are you dying to read something new? Then this is your book. We encourage you to read Prep School Confidential, it is not going to be a waste of your time, it wasn’t ours.
